It doesn’t make any sense to use a lesser-quality paint, then have to repaint or apply multiple coats when a higher-quality paint, that initially might be more expensive, will save you money in the long run by not having to reapply as often. Sometimes people tell us we have the job before we even come out and do the estimate – why? Because we promise professional, courteous service from the initial phone call, to the estimate, all the way through the process until the project is complete. But even so, there are somethings you should know about the how the estimating process works.
First, we make an appointment and come to your home ready to walk your project and prepare a proposal on site. We do all of our estimates ourselves with a specialized program that helps create your personalized plan. Then, we go through every detail and answer any questions you might have. Next, we set a date for your painting to begin, you electronically sign the proposal, and we collect a 25 percent deposit to reserve your preferred date. We can also email a PDF of the proposal for you to print and sign.
